About the blog:
For my senior project in high school, I’ve decided to start a healthy cooking blog. The recipes are not mine unless stated, but a compilation of recipes I’ve found online. Although I don’t come up with many, I have tested all of them to ensure maximum satisfaction of taste, ease and simplicity.
I state the caloric information as given to me on the other websites, if it’s my recipe, I include the general caloric information as given on the packaging.
First, a bit of my food background. I decided about four years ago to cut out most meat from my life, leaving myself as a pescatarian (the only meat I eat is seafood). So on this blog, you will find vegetarian or seafood recipes, tested by me and my family (who do not have meat-dietary restrictions).
